ISO27001 Accreditation

Inventures’ North and South of England offices have been awarded ISO27001 accreditation.

We have always taken data security seriously; therefore we are delighted to meet the exacting standards. Inventures’ Director of Information Security, Graham Ormesher, said “we are extremely pleased to gain this accreditation. Our NHS and Wider Government clients are rightly concerned that their information is secure and protected; in gaining this award, we can demonstrate to our clients that our systems and processes are designed to ensure their information is secure whilst in our organisation.”

ISO 27001 is the formal standard for independent certification of organisations’ Information Security Management System (ISMS). It specifies requirements for establishing and implementing an ISMS as well as monitoring and reviewing the system with regards to its maintenance and improvement. An ISMS is a management system (a framework of policies, procedures, physical, legal and technical security controls forming part of the organisation’s overall risk management processes) aimed at managing information security risks.
