Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have appointed Inventures to support the production of their Estate Strategy across the Foundation Trust’s portfolio.

This Estate Strategy will ensure that the Estate is fit for purpose, offers value for money and is safe now and in the future. The proposed strategy developed by Inventures will be informed by best practice and will follow the guidance provided by the NHS Estates Document “Developing an Estates Strategy,” published March 2005.

To provide an overview and to inform decision making, the estate will be performance tested through a 6 Facet Estate Survey. We will combine this with various benchmarking tools, including our own Benchmark Plus Methodology , to give the Trust a complete overview of their estate and potential areas for improvement to drive forward efficiency savings whilst improving patient experience.
