Over the summer, Building Magazine sent out surveys to staff in the industry to find the top 50 good employers. The questions covered corporate social responsibility, smarter working, feel good factor, inspiration, leadership and ability to contribute. Staff responses were collected anonymously to ensure accuracy. After collating responses, Building Magazine has listed Inventures in their Good Employers Guide 2009.

This is the second consecutive year that Building Magazine has recognised Inventures as a leading employer, which we believe is testament to our commitment to creating a stimulating and rewarding environment for our staff.
