Graham is a senior finance executive with 15 years of corporate accounts management experience in the public and private sector. He is a confident hands-on manager with Board level responsibility for a multi million pound budget. His experience covers corporate governance, risk management, information technology and strategic development. Graham has an excellent track record of developing and implementing financial and operational systems and controls that improve profit, cash and competitively position organisations.
Graham joined Inventures' Board in 2001 to focus on preparing the business for the transition from a public to privately-owned organisation. He took over responsibility for £16m turnover as well as the risk management, control assurance and IT strategy. He has made significant improvements to cash management, cost control and profitability by implementing workable and effective commercially-focused policies and procedures.
